With Franklin Homes’ patented 6/12 pitched roof system, Franklin Homes mimic the look of conventionally built homes and once placed on your lot, it is virtually impossible to tell the home wasn’t site-built but is actually a manufactured home. Franklin Homes even have full attics for extra storage but this also allows for the heat duct registers to be in the ceiling instead of the floors.
